University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit
Within Amsterdam UMC, our main education tasks are linked to the bachelor program of the Faculty of Medicine, where we give lectures in many different courses and organize a large series of practicals. In addition, we are heavily involved in the Cardiovascular Sciences track of the Master Biomedical Sciences, which is organized by Amsterdam UMC together with the University of Amsterdam. At the VU (Vrije Universiteit)-campus, we coordinate several cardiovascular and medical physiology courses for the Faculty of Sciences (Beta). Finally, our department provides (patho)physiology courses with lectures and practicals for students of the Amsterdam University College (AUC).
